15 Minutes Prep + 40 Minutes Cooking

Position oven rack in the centre of the oven. Preheat oven to 350˚ F (180˚ C).
Spray a 9 x 9 inch (23 x 23 cm) baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine flours, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and nuts.
Stir in milk and oil. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Pour coffee or water over batter.
Bake 40 minutes. Let stand at room temperature. Serve hot or cold; plain or with whipped or ice cream.
