Gluten-free Winterberry Salad
20 Minutes Prep + 60 Minutes Chilling
10 Servings (1/2 cup/125 mL each)
In a large bowl, cream together cheese, pineapple and pudding powder until smooth.
Mix in alpiste until evenly coated.
Fold in whipped topping. Transfer to serving bowl.
Refrigerate for one hour or until serving time.

14 oz (398 mL) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 1/2 oz (102 g) package vanilla instant pudding
1 cup (250 mL) cooked and cooled alpiste
2 cups (500 mL) frozen whipped topping, thawed
