Steps

  • In a large bowl, cream together cheese, pineapple and pudding powder until smooth.

  • Mix in alpiste until evenly coated.

  • Fold in whipped topping. Transfer to serving bowl.

  • Refrigerate for one hour or until serving time.

  • 14 oz (398 mL) can crushed pineapple, drained

  • 3 1/2 oz (102 g) package vanilla instant pudding

  • 1 cup (250 mL) cooked and cooled alpiste

  • 2 cups (500 mL) frozen whipped topping, thawed
